Pink Saturday...

Okay, my kids and I went to the grocery store, I took my camera in because it was 101 outside and I didn't want to leave it in the heat...well they started making fun of me, "what is the camera for, Pink Saturday? Ha Ha"...well, why not. They say you probably can't find that much pink stuff...I am up for the challenge...well there is alot of pink items, so they start changing the rules, the rules are a meal from pink... here it is...

It's the little things...

Isn't it amazing how the little things in life can make you happy...
I went to the store to get necessities and there it was, cute toliet paper...

I haven't seen this before, so of course I had to buy it, it has roses on it!!! My boys are not impressed, but of course my daughter thinks its cute(I am raising her right)

Outdoor Wednesday...

Yesterday I went shopping at some of my favorite shops...
these cute shops are on Main St. in Visalia...

What I have been working on...

I bought some shells, coral and some starfish when we went to the beach, so I thought I would make some altered bottles. I really should be cleaning but, well, yuk!!!

So Sad...

School started today....

It's so sad another year that will fly by... I guess I will clean the kitchen and maybe go treasure hunting. It is so fast how each year they grow.

Outdoor Wednesday...

of course I found a cute shop, the town probably only has 15 buildings...

We had a really good time, it was 105 in our town, so being in the mountains was sooooo much cooler. We have never stayed here, but I think we might just have to go back. New items...

I just finished some organza roses...

I put a piece of vintage jewelry in the middle, the backs have a pin so you can adorn almost anything your heart desires. I then attached it to a coffee stained hand stamped tag. with seam binding ribbon. I thought that way it would make a pretty gift tag. I will be listing these in my shop.

Yuk...

I'm back

Whew am I tired! We had a fun time and it was cooler up there in the mountains compared to the valley. I took lots of pictures, I will be posting those for Outdoor Wednesday. There was one cute store and she had this vintage dress form with charms on it, so pretty. Now this one is nicer than mine but she had $395.00 for her, ouch!, and it was sold. So I am really feeling good about mine. I got back in time to visit a few people but I still need to make the rounds. Hope you all had a wonderful week.
