Tuesdays Treasures...

Well the sun came out for two hours yesterday!!!!! hooray...
my kids were texting me from school..."the Sun"...but cloudy today...
I did start adding to my shop...

vintage Virgin Mary...

1857 antique book, great for ephemra or display, I will be adding more books,

chippy candle holders...

and some vintage jello molds...

I will be adding more thru the day.

its been missing for five days!!!!!

its sooooo gloomy, and I can't take pictures...they turn out soooo drab!!!
isn't it  funny how the weather can change your mood?  I just want to hybernate, my inspiration is all foggy....
please come back SUN!!!!!!!

Wow, Hobby Lobby is BIG!!!! and soooooo many fun things,
but, I was so good.  They don't have clearance yet, but lots of sales...

some valentines cupcake liners, one was from JoAnns, which is across the street...

and some other fun things!!!

I will definitly be back!!!

My kids just went back to school from the Christmas vacation, looks like hoarders here!!!!

so you know what I will be doing today!

A new Hobby Lobby opened in a town about 1/2hr away....we don't have Hobby Lobby's here, so this is a first...

 today is the grand opening....I am afraid to go...
I am afraid of all the great stuff...wish me luck...I'll try not to go CRAZY!!!!!

it doesn't get easier when they are older...hahaha...mine are goof balls...but it is so fun!!!! they had me laughing so hard...
we went in the alleys to find the BEST chippy paint...

 had to crop there feet...someone forgot to wear socks!!!!

well at least I have a couple to send out!

Its over, it came so fast and ended so fast!!!!
but it was great!

we had Christmas Eve dinner at our house, just us and my husbands parents...

my daughter set the table, thats when I noticed, she forgot forks...hahaha...isn't that a great tablecloth, I got that at a yard sale, it is from the 50's, still had the tags on it!

I love this China, wish there was a great story behind it, but no, a lady at the shop had it for sale, and I fell in love!

and the LAST of the roses in my pretty vase from my daughter...

time to start pruning those roses!

well the sun is finally shining today, so I am off to take pictures of the kids, since I didn't for Christmas, I think I will send out New Years cards!!!

Christmas....

Wow, I really cannot believe its almost Christmas Day,

decorated the tree, finished shopping, and know just waiting!!!
I haven't had the big!! spirit this year, I am more into the Spring Cleaning spirit...wanting to start fresh...I have noticed other people feeling the same!!!
I have really been going thru all my stash and starting to clean out...I am ready for a fresh new year...filled with anticipation of what it will bring!!!

White Wednseday...

Oh, I love Wednseday's
its the day you get to oooooo and awwwwww at Faded Charms White Wednseday's,
ever week I am soooo inspired by the people who join, so much talent and beauty!!!!
so I went outside in the rain and cut some white roses...

found a sweet vase...

and made me a little bouquet.
