Today is White Wednesday...and here is the story of the Three Little Pumpkins and the Lonely Play yard, where dust, dirt and spiderwebs now live...it wasn't always like that, there was a time when...
the three little pumpkins would play in the playhouse...
and could swing for hours...higher, higher...
and spin and spin and never get too dizzy...
and climbing trees was the best...
twirling around...
playing in the club house...
it used to be sooooo high...
but now the Three Little Pumpkins are on to bigger things...
shooting hoops...
and the worst, driving...do they miss the play yard, does the play yard miss them?, or do I just miss them playing out there for hours...
Hi there,
ReplyDeleteyou are an early birdie with our WW appointment, whereas I am rather a nigthingale always waiting until the very last moment, late in the evening, when all my daily chores all done and the doggie has been already walked out for the evening...
And I'm honored to be the first to comment your great pics, very creative. Love those white pumpkins. Couldn't find the in Italy (at least where I liveas they seem to come from the Netherlands) but had some luck on Sunday at some large market in another city and found a tiny teeny weeny one which will certainly end up in my today's post before pumpkins are no longer a season hit!
Have a great day!
Rita
I really liked your post....things do get a little quieter in the backyard when the "pumpkins" grow up. Your pictures were fabulous and really told a great story.
