Pink Saturday...

Happy Pink Saturday...

well I have alot of vintage pillowcases with no mates, of course all with pinks in them, and I was wanting to fluff up my patio...

here is the little couch with the outdated pillows, they are still in good shape and well there free...

so I put the pillowcase on them...

and just folded it over...ta da...no sew...

I think it looks so much better...that I kept going...

a pretty one here...

and here...so easy, and I will be able to wash them.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend.  Make sure you go by Beverlys and see all the Pink Saturday participents!!

  8. Aloha Stefanie,
I dropped in via Karyn at French charming, missing her lots :(
I truly enjoed your post and you have inspired me to use my husbands Grandmother's vintage hand embrodered pillow cases that I acquired from my In laws after their passing, I think I will use some creativity with them thanks to your inspired post

  10. A very pretty way to change things up. Your gardens look lovely. Happy belated birthday wishes to your oldest son and graduation wishes to no. 2. Why is that one person who doesn't believe is given more rights than all those who do? I just don't understand that way of thinking at all! Hope you are having a great weekend. Tammy

  17. Love it, looks so shabby and that is a GOOD thing. I have done that too but I have also bought bedspreads at my thrift store (Pink of course) and made slip covers for my pillows and cushions. Great job.

  24. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. Love the pillows. I saw something similar (but of course a new reproduction) in an Anthropologie catalog years ago, but of course they were a small fortune, but I've wanted some ever since.
