and makes something pretty even prettier!!!!

 

found this sweet thing this weekend...

 

taped it off...

 

and painted it with some white chalk paint and now its ready to go down to my booth!

aging my dress form...

I love the color on these vintage dress forms...

so I am going to age a dress form I found at a yard sale...

 

 

she is made of foam with a cloth covering...

 

some instant coffee in a spray bottle...

first squirt...

 

first coat drying...

 

this is after two coats.

already liking it!

I am going to keep adding until I think she is perfect...

I had a good weekend, hope you did too!
we had to replace my kitchen faucet, the handle broke so everytime you turned the water on, the handle came off...

pretty cool, huh?

we got this at Lowes,

its so fun!

and first day of school for this now sophomore in college,

again, time flies!!!

I also went "picking" and found lots of new treasures for the shop and my booth, I will be sharing this week.

I just love vanilla candles...

I get mine at Walmart, they are so inexpensive and smell soooo good,

and I love how the label just peels off...

I love putting the candle in a big jar,

I so copied Anthropology!!!!
