to the dress...
and I said yes to a friend to share a booth in about a month....
I haven't done one in about three years!
so I have been going thru my hoard, I mean stash, lol,  and thought I would offer you some of the things I will take first....

just pretty?
and you just need to take a picture....

little dress form

while I was redoing my dress form,
I gave a little one a makeover...

 

the before, just squirted her with coffee...

she is now in my shop with these other treasures....

neat!...

look at how neat this bag I found at a gargage sale is...

 

from 1926...

leather and canvas Spalding bag, 86 years old, crazy, huh!!!! no holes or tears, they sure don't make things that last anymore,
wonder what it was used for,
just listed it on Ebay

dress form reveal...

she is done!!!!
I finished aging my dress form

this is the look I was going for...

 

and this is her all finished!!!!

 

after all the the coffee staining,

I went to the fabulous Graphic Fairy and picked out a graphic,

I used the Citra Solv method and transfered the image onto the dress form...

 

I wanted the caged bottom look,

I had some vintage wire fencing and since she is made of foam,

I just pushed it in...

 

I painted the wood black and distressed it...

 

added a number to her...

the great thing about her,

is since she is made of foam you can pin things to her...

 

and there she is!!!

all antiqued!!!

I love her....

but,

I am going to sell her,

I just can't keep everything...

I better stop looking at her or she will just find a corner somewhere...
