wire fencing...

I have this roll of vintage wire fencing...
which I LOVE...

so...
I put it in my dining room for valances.

here is the window before...

I just nailed it up...

I love it!

here is the other window before...

and after.
I am happy with it...
maybe I will hang some vintage ornaments from it for Christmas.

  1. I like the tool box, it says "woman at work"; the wire valances look great and you are right, I think Christmas ornaments would look cute hanging from them.

  11. Oh my gosh! We have similar tastes. I have a roll of that fencing and I just asked hubby if he would help me attach it above our French doors to put plates behind. Hoping to do it after I get the Christmas decorating done. I also have smocked curtains like those (only burlap) hanging in my family room. The fencing is so cute as a valance. I have seen a couple of other blogs with those French cup holders. I want one so badly. I would love if you shared this with my party, Share Your Cup Thursday.
    Hugs,
    Jann
