Diet journey....

Whew, it has been 2 1/2 weeks since I started my diet. I am so determined but it is so hard. I have lost 10 pounds, I know I should be happy but...I am impatient. Why is it so hard to lose, but sooooo fast to put on.

  2. It is always easier to put on then it is to lose. Im also on a diet. Remember that a diet is no good with out excerise. Try to walk or jog at least 30 minutes as least 3-4 days out of the week. I was going to try and be a trainer and have a little edication on weight loss. Remember that 5-6 SMALL meals a day is also very important. I lpst about 50lb's after I had my son in about 4 months. If you need any advice dont hesitate to email me. But you are one the right track. Congrats on losing 10lb's. You can do and it is soooo worth it once you go shopping and realize how great you look in new clouths. Good Luck girl. Stick with it.
