How Lame....

Well, this Saturday I am having my daughters birthday party, she turned 10. We decided to do a old fashioned party (especially with today's economy). The local pizza shop has a big party room upstairs (free). We are going to decorate and decided to play bingo, number under the plate, and let them pick out prizes. Eat pizza and just have fun, well she took her invitations to school and told her friend what she had planned she replied "how lame" she told her their would be prizes, her friend replied "a wii, or a psp". I cannot believe how children expect such expensive things, well she was kinda sad, but I told her that probably some of the girls will act that way but I know the boys will have fun. Its just sad that kids don't know how to just have a good time with each other, instead of being catered to and entertained constantly.
