a little thrifting...

You guys are so sweet!, thanks for the well wishes for my "little one", haha, it was my seventeen year old, he had a sinus infection that was making his ear hurt...he still is my little one.  Well I went thrifting and didn't find anything but there was a estate sale, in the week? I went by and found this little round table and super, I am in love with, little cherub!!
Ok, I hope you don't start feeling sick when you look at these pictures, due to the horendous carpet, to think twelve years ago I thought it was the best color ever!!!!
Oh, I need to win the lottery so I can change it.

look at how sweet she is!!!

up close...

I bought this table and repainted it and sanded the edges, I was going to put it in my booth, but, well its just to pretty...
eeeeekkkk green carpet...

I am thinking of adding a chair, what do you think, love suggestions.

I am joining

  1. I love the table and love your grouping on the wall. I think I can visualize two chairs. :) I love to spend other people's money! LOL
    Have a great day!

  2. very pretty Stefanie! that table is gorgeous & I think yes.. a little chair with a pillow:)

  3. Oh...the table is gorgeous. I'd love to have that as a side table, but it would look great with a chair next to it where it is! The cherub is adorable!

  4. Oh this is just lovely.
I think it would look really good with one chair next to it, either a thrifted & painted wooden chair or a comfy arm chair.

  5. ewww....I just love love love your could be the cousin of my Ten Dollar table I recently posted'r thrift find is just darling...we live near the ocean and sound so it is a lovely reminder of the ocean theme that is very popular here. Thanks for posting. Please drop by anytime and see my little table and tell me what you think...Blessings

  6. The table is cute and TWO chairs would look fantastic in this particular space because of the nice arrangement you have on the walls. Better yet chairs that has slipcovers with ruffles.... would be a Big Wow factor!

    Enjoy your Day Stephanie*

  7. I love your table and the wall decor! Playing off the wooden candlesticks, I think it would be nice if you could find some old barnwood, shabby-like, and make it into two small but tall for each side of the table. I wouldn't have them too tall, just a little taller than the table. Then you could add more finds in the shelving and on top of the bookshelves.
Or, a ladies rocking chair on one side with a quilt rack on the other!
Gee, you have lots of options...

  8. Oooh! I just adore your cute little angel with the swans! So cute! And I really like your arrangement on the walls, too. Your table is gorgeous, and would look wonderful with a chair to the side. One with a cute little flounced skirt and coordinating pillow would be soooo pretty!

  9. Great finds! I love those old occassional tables! Your little cherub is adorable! I especially love your wall grouping! I think a little decorative chair would be adorable! Give you a chance for a frilly pillow! Lauralu :)

  10. Everything is perfect, but yep, a little chair would be the frosting on the cake!!

  11. What a cute figurine! I love the colors in it.

Yes, you need a chair for your charming table.
I have the same problem when it comes to finding and redoing something like your table.
It's hard to let it go. I usually keep it for awhile until I'm ready to let it go and then off it goes to my booth!

  12. Hi Stephanie! Oh, I love your finds! That table is gorgeous and yes, you need to find the perfect chair. I love your wall arrangement!
    Be a sweetie,
    Shelia ;)

  13. Hi Stefanie,

What a lovely table and yes, a chair alongside would just look perfect.

    Happy weekend

  14. Gorgeous! Definitely add a chair or two.

  15. I'm your newest happy follower.

  16. Hi Stephanie,

Love this littl table, and your way arrangement.
The color of the walls is so pretty too! I think a chair or 2 would be great!!

  17. I know you can't keep it all (I have an antique booth, also) but some things you just have to keep, right? That's surely one - great finds. :) Nancy
