  4. It's a perfect tree skirt !
I bought an old petticoat just like this a little while ago and thought that it would be lovely to hang up or use at Christmas time. My cat has taken to lying at the bottom of our Christmas tree on a toile quilt that have laid there. I'm thinking using the petticoat as a tree skirt work for me but the cat would love it !
