fluffing...

Our shop is having their Christmas Open House Thursday, so I have been trying to stock up, my booth is really small, but I packed it full!!!! I still have a little fluffing to do, but this is what I have done so far...

I decided to stay with neutrals this year...

Pink Saturday...

Shabby Clause for Pink Saturday...

I added lots of pink embellishments and lots of glitter!!!

Secret....

I thought I would share my secret for a great moist turkey...

no basting, just pop it in and check the thermoeter...

easy...just rub with your favorite spices, and since we are citrus farmers, I always put oranges inside the cavitiy, one cut up and one whole to keep it in.  A couple of sprigs of rosemary...

and here is my secret!!!!

Its the best, a deep fryer without oil, just hook up to a propane tank..

we usually go to the desert for Thanksgiving and I wanted to cook a turkey, so I bought this about two years ago, it is soooooo easy, and the turkey comes out perfect everytime!

there is a cage you put the turkey in and just drop it in, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours later its done, no basting.

I have even cooked ribs and roasts in it.

so know you know my secret...

you should of known it would be something super easy!

I am one of those ninny moms...

my daughter has fallen into a magical hole...

just like Alice...

to a week long camp...

that all sixth graders go to, up in the mountains...

I know she will have the best time, and my son has three friends that are going as counslers, but I am a big ninny and would love to keep her with me forever!!!!

so I am trying to stay busy!!!

I am going to go stock up my booth, and maybe try to make some jewelry...you can still feel sorry for me...lol...

Help....

Ok, I need the help and advice of you...

so cute!!!!

but not on me!!!

I really need to loose weight, and I have tried sooooo many ways...

so if any of you have some great advice that has worked for you please share with me.

I have done weight watchers, but found that most of the 1 pt items have sugar in them...

I went to the dr. and she put me on the no carb diet, said it works fast, well two months of meat only....gets kinda yukie, I only lost four pounds, when of course she did it and lost nineteen...

so I am desperate!!!!

Oh, I am soooo happy...look what I found while out shopping....

I have wanted a vintage  pink Santa for soooo long, but just haven't found one at the right price...

well it was meant to be, he was only 19.95!!! yippee....so he came home with me...

he wanted to go for a walk and check out his new home...
