new little tree...

here is a picture of my new little olive tree....

I was lovin' the look of a tree in this old galvanized cooler...

so I went and bought an olive tree, I grew up on an olive ranch where we had forty acres of olives, it was a great place to play, I thought I would take a chance and see how it would do inside...

I have had it inside for about two weeks now, and it is doing great!!!!

see all that new growth? its grown about 2"!!!
its so cute!!

  2. What a pretty little corner! Your galvanized cooler looked wonderful with a Christmas tree planted in it, and just as lovely with an olive tree. It's a nice piece of family history for you, too.

  3. Love olivetrees, but they don`t like it in my house. Have tried four, and they all failed. Hope yours does great.

    Have a nice day

  6. I love olive trees, there are acres of ancient olive trees in the region of Italy I come from. I have a potted olive tree, but it lives outdoors... Yours looks so cute!

  12. Hi Stephanie, I am looking forward to watching your olive tree grow. Will it have olives on it if you raise it in the house. I don't know much about them. Have a great day. Your Missouri Friend.
